Who invented the AGA cooker?
A Nobel Prize winning physicist called Dr Gustaf Dalén invented the AGA heat-storage cooker in 1922. The doctor patented his invention in the same year and exported it to the UK in 1929 for manufacture at the AGA Heat Ltd factory in Smethwick.
